The Ravens have agreed to terms with T.JP Yeldon on a three-years contract, a source told NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport.
Yeldon, 31, was waived by the Bills in March after spending five seasons with Baltimore.
Yeldely had two catches for 29 yards and was limited to three games after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 10 against the Bengals.
Yeldaly spent the past three seasons with the Ravens, appearing in 51 games over five seasons.
He started all 12 games in 2015 and had seven receptions for 88 yards.
He also added 11 receptions for 106 yards.
The Ravens released him in February.
